Your tasks
Main functions
- Manage the sourcing of direct and indirect purchases.
- Negotiate and ensure the supply of resins, polymers, additives, and production materials.
- Develop and manage domestic and international injection mold suppliers.
- Coordinate global purchases of materials, components, and corporate services.
- Administer purchases of spare parts, industrial consumables, and MRO supplies.
- Negotiate commercial conditions, contracts, and cost reduction strategies.
- Monitor raw material market trends and indices to optimize purchases.
- Guarantee compliance with quality and safety regulations applicable to the acquired materials.
- Evaluate and develop domestic and international strategic suppliers.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or related.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing areas within transnational manufacturing companies.
- Advanced English is indispensable (C1/C2 level).
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers from Asia and North America.
- Advanced handling of ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel for cost analysis, indicators, and projections.
- Knowledge in strategic purchasing, supplier development, and category management.
- High level of negotiation.
