Purchasing Coordinator / Pharmaceutical Sector

Important company in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for personnel related to the position of: Purchasing Analyst.

FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED:

1. Guarantee the timely supply of assigned materials.
2. Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
3. Request and analyze technical and commercial quotations for purchasing decision-making.
4. Coordinate material import processes. Manage the relationship with customs agencies, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics operators.
5. Review and control import and export documentation.
6. Prepare and follow up on supply and foreign trade indicators.

ACADEMIC LEVEL:

Technologist or professional in Logistics, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

1. Advanced Excel management.
2. Knowledge in Power BI.
3. Management of indicators (KPI´S)
4. Mastery of Microsoft Office.
5. Experience in SAP Business One.
6. English level B1 and B2
7. Negotiation skills
8. Certification in IA

TIME OF EXPERIENCE:

2 years in the mentioned position and in the pharmaceutical sector

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

SALARY:

Salary to be agreed upon according to experience.
