BRANCH HEAD (GOV)

Primarily responsible for planning, implementing and managing the growth in net income, total resources, deposits, loans and helping maintain a “zero tolerance policy” as regards past due accounts, non-performing loans (“NPLs”) and non-performing assets

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or another related course. 5–10 years of banking experience, depending on the bank and branch. Ability to supervise staff, set targets, coach employees, and manage branch performance. Proven ability to grow deposits, loans, and other banking products. Familiarity with branch operations, customer service, internal controls, compliance, and operational risk. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
