Job Description

As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will work at the intersection of repair and diagnosis of defective electronic and mechatronic systems. Thanks to your technical analyses, complex products can be deployed safely and efficiently again.

You will join a committed team within a quiet and well-organized department. There is an informal atmosphere in which colleagues helping each other and collaboration are central.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Performing in-depth root cause analyses
• Applying techniques such as analog design, power electronics, network diagnostics
• Identifying recurring problems and sharing findings with development teams, quality departments, and production.
• Actively contributing to structural product and process improvement

What you bring

• Completed bachelor's degree (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Experience in a technical role, preferably in the analysis or testing of electronic systems. For example, experience as a failure analysis engineer, root cause engineer, defect analysis engineer, or repair analyst electronics
• A hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical and accurate, with an eye for detail
• You feel responsible and take ownership of your work
• Good command of the English language (both written and oral)
