Industrial Project Manager (M/F)

POSITION:

In a context favorable to the deployment of decarbonized energies, Prodeval's approach aims to be a global multi-solution player to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

The Industrial Project Manager will lead projects of various natures, including product development following concept development, industrial design, and deployment within the company's processes.

Projects concern both technical or technological improvements, as well as developments for new markets (industrial specifications) or the adaptation of Prodeval products for new markets.

Your main missions will be:

Leading industrial development projects:

• Coordinate the multi-disciplinary, and even multi-cultural, project team given the context of strong international expansion
• Produce project deliverables and keep them up to date throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor and control schedules and cost budgets, ensure project risk management, and mitigation action plans
• Report project performance indicators according to project governance processes
• If necessary, produce regulatory / progress deliverables expected by potential funding bodies

Developing new industrial products:

• Control / coordinate consistency with market expectations in connection with the Marketing department (technical competitiveness of the product, price...)
• Ensure the functional / regulatory / safety compliance of products
• Lead the industrialization of products with the Methods department, in order to facilitate production, assembly, maintenance, etc.
• Monitor various technical deliverables, and master the creation of the Product Dossier across the entire value chain (production, commissioning, after-sales service...)

Additionally, participating in the improvement of project management and industrialization:

• Propose optimizations for project management tools and methods
• Propose ideas for product design (eco-design, design for manufacturing, ..)
• Participate in continuous improvement topics (LEAN projects, .)

• CDD - 218 days flat rate (RTT)
• Salary according to experience
• Based in Valence TGV (Châteauneuf sur Isère)

SEARCH PROFILE:

This job is accessible to holders of an engineering degree or in a related field; training in project management would be a plus.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial or research environment within an international context.

You are autonomous, methodical, and organized, and know how to identify and prioritize tasks. You are reactive and adaptable to a dynamic market.

You possess good communication, project team management, and problem-solving skills. You have a good understanding of the challenges related to industrialization and market competitiveness.

Finally, you are proficient in office tools (Pack Office) and speak operational and technical English.
