POSITION:
By joining the after-sales service (SAV) warehouse team, you will contribute to the effective management of maintenance parts requirements and the smooth functioning of logistical flows.
In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:
- Enter maintenance data into the ERP and GMAO, in accordance with our customers' maintenance contracts;
- Ensure the monitoring of maintenance operation planning in the ERP and GMAO;
- Trigger shipping requests with the logistics department;
- Control the compliance of preparations before shipment;
- Participate in the company's annual inventory;
- Collaborate with the various teams of the after-sales service.
You will also provide support to our various subsidiaries on these missions.
Throughout your integration, you will be accompanied by a maintenance methods technician.
This position is exclusively oriented towards internal activities and does not involve direct contact with customers.

SEARCHED PROFILE:
You have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Experience acquired within an after-sales service is a real asset.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you are comfortable with IT tools and master the use of an ERP. Knowledge of SAGE would be appreciated.
Dynamic and versatile, you demonstrate an excellent sense of organization, initiative, and a strong sense of service. You enjoy teamwork and collaborating with various stakeholders.
You possess a good command of English, particularly in writing.
