POSITION:
Under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the following missions:
- Assistance and support to users through the processing of incidents and evolution requests
- Management of the hardware and IT component fleet
- Supervision of the functioning of IT infrastructure components
- Monitoring relationships with service providers intervening in the operation of certain components
- Taking charge of the deployment and use of new collaborative tools
- Apprenticeship contract - 1 year or 2 years
- Remuneration according to the collective agreement,
- Based in Châteauneuf sur Isère (Rovaltain Zone) - in the immediate vicinity of the Valence TGV station,

PROFILE:
This apprenticeship is accessible to candidates preparing a BAC+2 type diploma in the field.
In this sense, you are rigorous and organized.
You possess the ability to manage interactions with users professionally, even in stressful situations.
You will enjoy working in a team and will know how to contribute your knowledge.
You have in-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows.
You master software commonly used in the work environment such as office 365.
As the company Prodeval is established in more than 6 countries, we are looking for an apprentice who is curious to discover different cultures and masters at least English B1 (reading, writing, speaking).
Beyond your professional experience, we are looking for motivated people who have a sense of commitment and service, with a sensitivity toward renewable energies.
