Your tasks

About the position As AI Project Coordinator, you will have a central role in the client's ongoing AI initiative. You will become the link between the business, IT, and external development partners, helping to take initiatives all the way from identified needs to tested and usable solutions.

A large part of the work involves coordinating ongoing development. You will follow the work together with the development partner, participate in check-ins and demonstrations, and ensure that the business perspective is included throughout the entire process. In parallel, you will meet users and different parts of the organization to understand their challenges, collect requirements, and identify new areas where AI can make a real difference.

You will, among other things:

• Coordinate AI and digitalization initiatives and create progress in ongoing development
• Capture business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Coordinate the dialogue between the business, IT, and external development partners
• Follow up on development, tests, demonstrations, and feedback from users
• Prepare new initiatives and contribute to taking ideas further toward concrete solutions
• Identify processes and workflows where AI can create business value
• Contribute to workshops, presentations, and internal dialogues regarding AI and digitalization

The role is new, which gives you room to influence how the work is designed and developed. You will become part of a small cross-functional team with expertise in, among other things, connected services, service development, data, and AI. Here, you will both work hands-on with what is happening today and help lay the foundation for how the area should develop moving forward.

Requirements

This is the role for you who are fascinated by what AI can enable, but who do not necessarily want to be the one developing the technology. You do not need to program or build AI models. Your strength lies in understanding needs, seeing opportunities, gathering the right people, and creating the structure and momentum required to turn ideas into reality.

Your competence For this role, we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of AI and, above all, an interest in how the technology can be used to develop businesses and workflows. You do not need to be a developer or technical specialist, but you should feel comfortable moving between business and technology.

We see that you have

• Basic knowledge of AI and its possibilities in a business context
• Experience in coordination, requirement setting, or similar work where you have driven activities forward
• Ability to understand business needs and communicate them to technical competencies
• Very good communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
• A structured way of working and the ability to manage several activities in parallel
• Fluent English in speech and writing

It is a merit if you have experience in digitalization, AI, data, or business development. Swedish is a merit but not a requirement.

As a person, you are curious and proactive with a natural interest in new technology. You find it easy to create relationships and thrive with many points of contact. At the same time, you are unpretentious and solution-oriented, and you feel comfortable in an environment where not everything is fully defined from the start.
