Software Developer

About the position

We are looking for a software developer who wants to work with our client on the development of technology within telecommunications. Here, you will become part of the work involving the further development of today's 5G networks and the development of future 6G technology.

You will work together with colleagues in agile Scrum teams in an international environment. The role involves close collaboration with other developers, architects, and system administrators to solve both individual and collective tasks.

The development work is characterized by abstract programming and a methodical approach where you break down problems, analyze, program, test, and document results. Troubleshooting and analysis are a natural part of everyday life, and certain problems may require long-term and persistent work to identify the root cause.

At the client, there are good opportunities to develop your technical competence over time. You will be given the conditions to learn the field in depth and can, in the long term, broaden your expertise toward other technical areas and roles within the organization.

Your competence

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 6 months of experience within telecom

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, engineering physics, or another related field where programming in C/C++ has been included

Knowledge of C and/or C++

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

As a person, you work analytically and structured and have the patience to follow complex problems all the way to a solution. You are persistent in troubleshooting, analysis, and testing, and have a desire to continuously build upon your technical competence. Collaboration is an important part of the role, and you enjoy sharing knowledge and solving technical challenges together with others.
