Job Description

What you will do As an Electrical Technician, you are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the electrotechnical installations within a modern production company. You resolve malfunctions, perform maintenance, and ensure that the production process continues to run safely and reliably.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrotechnical installations.
• Locating and resolving electrical malfunctions on machines and production lines.
• Checking, testing, and replacing motors, sensors, frequency converters, and other electrical components.
• Reading electrical diagrams and performing technical modifications.
• Identifying improvements and thinking along about increasing the reliability of the installations.

What we ask

You are an independent electrical technician who gets energy from solving technical malfunctions. You work accurately, take initiative, and feel at home in an industrial production environment.

• MBO-2, MBO-3 or MBO-4 Electrotechniek, Mechatronica or a comparable technical education.
• Experience as an Electrical Technician within an industrial production environment.
• You can independently read electrical diagrams and have experience with fault analysis.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-systemen; you can read out PLCs and check I/Os. PLC programming is not a requirement.
• You have a good command of the English language; speaking Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement.
