Finance & Accounting Supervisor (SPV)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in construction or corporate industry
• Proficient in accounting software (Accurate/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics AX), advanced Excell skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and Brevet A&B certified
• Strong understanding of risk management and cost control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, target-driven, and high integrity

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily Finance & Accounting operations at head office and project sites
• Verify transactions, journals, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow)
• Monitor cash flow, AR, and AP related to projects
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT & withholding tax reporting)
• Support budgeting and project cost control analysis
