As a partner in the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies (BC GCT), we are actively shaping the future of gene and cell therapies and the expansion of state-of-the-art GMP production capacities in Berlin.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a working student on a part-time basis with a scope of 15–20 hours per week . The position is initially limited to one year.

What you will contribute

Support in the digitization and automation of HR processes in the personnel management system rexx Support in the introduction, further development, and maintenance of digital HR tools and self-service solutions Take over administrative tasks in the HRIS and ensure high data quality and system updates Maintain master data, workflows, role and permission concepts, as well as system-related documentation

What you bring

Student in the field of business administration, business informatics, psychology, or similar fields, preferably with an HR or IT focus. Initial experience in human resources, HR administration, HRIS environment, or support of corporate software Interest in digital HR processes, automation, and modern HR technologies A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working style Enjoyment of teamwork in HR and the ability to understand different user situations to find practical solutions Ideally, experience with an HRIS, ATS, or other digital HR tools Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
