Program Requirements

Education: Only university students currently in their 5th semester or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Communication.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic English
• Basic Excel
• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic-intermediate Excel
• Skills: Organization and control, attention to detail, follow-up on pending tasks, proactivity and initiative, confidential handling of information, ability to work with high volumes of documents, and communication.

Activities

• Integration and control of personnel files
• Documentary support in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Execution of institutional onboarding
• Internal communication
• Support in Employee Experience activities
• Administration of welcome kits

Benefits

Monthly scholarship: $8,500 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Possibility of completing school requirements.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm (on-site)

Zone: Ex Comunidad Garzas y Capellanías, Heberto Castillo Martinez km 12 Garcia N.L

Program duration: 12 months
