Program Requirements:

Education: Only active students in their 6th semester of Human Resources, Administration, and Psychology

Knowledge:

• English: Basic
• Excel: Intermediate
• Microsoft Office

Skills: Positive attitude, ability to learn, autonomy, responsibility.

Activities:

• Interview candidates for operational positions
• Application of filters in the selection process
• Post and filter vacancies on job portals
• Support in organizing events, courses, meetings
• Support in assembling files and delivery of contracts
• Follow-up on labor climate action plans and performance evaluation
• Support in the payroll preparation and payment process
• Follow-up with new hire personnel
• Manage inductions

We Offer:

Monthly scholarship: $7,000 + TDU + Accident insurance + Digital platform + Free transportation service + possibility to complete school procedures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 1 pm

Program period: 12 months.
