Program Requirements:

Education: only active students in their 7th semester of Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Bioquímica, and Ingeniería Ambiental.

Knowledge:

• English: Basic
• Excel: Advanced
• analysis methodologies, water treatment process.

Skills:

• analytical, methodical.

Activities:

• Follow-up on non-conformities of the Quality and food safety System, including opening, following up, and closing them.
• Generation of monthly report of Corrective Actions and status.
• Support to the quality laboratory with support to physicochemical and Microbiological area techniques.
• Online monitoring of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) in the production of grenetina.
• Support in identifying findings of good manufacturing practices in the plant.
