Maintenance Intern - Querétaro

Program Requirements:

• Education: Only active students from the 5th semester onwards of Ing. Mecatrónica, Ing. en Sistemas Automotrices, Ing. Electromecánica
• English: Intermediate
• Excel: Intermediate- Advanced (macros)
• Knowledge: basic electrical knowledge, multimeter handling, basic interpretation of electrical diagrams, Fluke Connect, SolidWorks, RSLinks, RSLogix, FactoryTalk, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Skills: Autonomy, proactivity, and responsibility.

Activities:

Contribute skills and solutions to problems within the department, and continuity according to a structured weekly preventive-predictive maintenance plan, carry out interpretation of measurements, assignment of tasks (weekly) to the technical response team based on interpretation, considering root cause interpretation, follow-up, closure of resulting actions, generation of reports of said activities (weekly), updating continuously generated metrics. Generation of reports according to failure modes daily. Updating Lock Out Tag Out diagrams to promote safety.

Additional functions (occasional):

support in the department in general administrative tasks or TPM activities (only when the above is kept up to date day by day).

Program Benefits:

• Monthly scholarship: $5000 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + School paperwork release
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 hours daily in the mornings between 07:30am and 1:00pm
• Modality: On-site
• Program period: 6 months
• Zone: Querétaro.
