Program Requirements:

Education: Active students from the 7th Semester onwards of Lic. Diseño Gráfico, Lic. Comunicación, Lic. Artes Visuales/ Digitales, Lic. Mercadotecnia.

Knowledge:

  • English: Intermediate (Oral, Written, Reading comprehension)
  • Excel: Basic (Formulas, simple functions, Charts, filters)
  • Skills: Adobe Suite, Power Point, CapCut, etc.

Skills:

  • Leadership, Problem Solving, Service Attitude

Activities:

  • Support the collection, analysis, and visualization of operational data through Dashboards in Power BI.
  • Automate reports and workflows using Power Automate to improve administrative efficiency.
  • Participate in the execution and monitoring of internal audits related to Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED, and TPM.
  • Document findings and action plans derived from process audits and Lean methodologies.
  • Perform time studies and motion analysis in production processes using Excel tools.
  • Collaborate in the documentation and standardization of operating procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, Kaizen events, and bottleneck analysis.
  • Follow up on key process indicators and present findings to the Continuous Improvement team.

We Offer:

Monthly scholarship: $10,000 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University (Digital platform for Soft and Hard Skills courses) + possibility to complete school paperwork.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, 100% On-site.

Program period: 12 months (It is indispensable to be an active student during this period).
