Program Requirements

Education: Only active students from the 7th semester onwards in Accounting, Finance, Administration, and Economics.

English: Advanced

Excel: Advanced (macros, pivot tables, formulas, and charts)

Skills: Analysis, problem-solving, follow-up, and process improvement.

Desirable knowledge: SAP or accounting software.

Activities:

  • Support functions and projects related to accounting and finance.
  • Participate in Financial Planning and Analysis within Technical Operations, performing cost updates (cost rolls) and gathering information.
  • Review tax exemptions, annual reports, and property taxes.
  • Participate in entry-level collections projects.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payments, refunds, and statements.
  • Support the month-end accounting closing process.
  • Verify that expenses are correctly recorded in the corresponding accounts and departments.
  • Review and code purchase orders to ensure correct accounting distribution.
  • Support research, filing, and data entry activities, as well as the recording and maintenance of accurate and complete financial information.
  • Assist with accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other functions.
  • Contribute to ensuring the efficiency and correct functioning of Order-to-Cash, invoicing, collections, and accounts payable processes.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.

Benefits:

Monthly stipend: $10,500 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Possibility of completing school procedures

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm: On-site.

Program period: 6/12 months.
