Commercial Intern (Afternoon Shift), Miguel Hidalgo

Program Requirements

Education: Only students currently in their 9th semester of Administration, Business, Commercial Relations, or related fields. English: Basic-intermediate Excel: Basic (simple formulas and functions) Skills: Good communication, sense of urgency, teamwork, organization, and proactivity Technical Knowledge/Software: Freshdesk or other ticket management tools

Activities:

• Handle requests via tickets, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Register incidents and requirements in the system in a timely manner.
• Follow up on cases until their resolution.
• Channel requests to the corresponding area.
• Inform the client about the status and resolution times.
• Maintain timely communication with the client.
• Update the database of incidents and requests.

Benefits:

Monthly scholarship: $8,500 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Possibility of completing school procedures Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm: Hybrid Program period: 6 months. Must be active students. Zone: Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México.
