Training and Development Intern – Tijuana

Program Requirements:

Education: Only active students from the 6th semester onwards of the degrees of Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy

Knowledge:

• English: Intermediate
• Excel: Intermediate
• Knowledge: Office Suite

Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, proactive.

Activities:

• Document management and monitoring of training indicators.
• Logistics and coordination of training courses and events.
• Management of training matrices and training plans.
• Administration and control of training records.
• Support for report automation

Benefits:

Monthly scholarship: $7,000 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Possibility of completing school procedures

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm

Program period: 6 months (it is essential to be studying during this period)

Zone: Smurfit Westrock (Corrugado Tijuana - Planta 1)
