Portfolio & Change Delivery Manager

Your tasks

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Portfolio & Change Delivery Manager to lead an enterprise-wide change portfolio within a dynamic financial services environment.

You’ll oversee portfolio governance, prioritisation, financial planning, benefits tracking and executive reporting, while managing a varied portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. You’ll also lead and develop Project Management and Business Analysis teams, strengthen PMO capabilities, and ensure effective alignment with European governance requirements.

This is an opportunity to shape portfolio management maturity, drive continuous improvement and deliver strategic business outcomes, with scope to develop your leadership capabilities and influence change at senior level.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong portfolio, programme and project management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Expertise in PMO governance, financial and resource management, and benefits realisation.
• Experience delivering business and technology change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
