Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Waterproofing Site Manager to lead our on-site waterproofing projects, manage work progress, ensure quality workmanship, and oversee safety compliance.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all waterproofing works on site, including below-ground, roof, façade, and remedial leak repairs, to ensure timely and quality completion
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements to guide workers on correct waterproofing application procedures
- Monitor material usage, track work progress, and manage project schedules while coordinating effectively with main contractors, consultants, and clients
- Enforce workplace safety and health standards by conducting daily briefings and ensuring full site safety compliance
- Inspect completed waterproofing works for quality assurance, prepare detailed inspection reports, record progress, and manage handover documentation
- Lead and mentor the site team by allocating tasks efficiently and resolving site issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in waterproofing construction in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and BCA/industry standards
- Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety regulations; possession of valid WSH-related certifications is an advantage
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, apply solution-oriented approaches, and manage multiple projects concurrently
