As part of temporary employment, we are looking for a Call center agent (m/f/d) in full-time for our renowned customer in Osnabrück.

Your tasks:

• Complete order processing from order receipt to

order delivery tracking

• Inbound telephony
• Telephone and written correspondence

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in

the commercial field (m/f/d)

• Initial professional experience
• English skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent and orderly way of working
