Your tasks

Pro Inter Esch is recruiting for one of its clients a Maintenance Team Leader (M/F) to supervise a technical team and guarantee the performance of the installations. Your main responsibilities:

• Guarantee the proper functioning and availability of the installations.
• Supervise and ensure high-performance preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate a maintenance team.
• Define the maintenance and upkeep operations to be implemented based on the situations encountered.
• Organize, plan, and manage maintenance activities in compliance with the set objectives.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of performance and the optimization of interventions.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the requirements and requests of the client.
• Ensure effective communication with the various departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and safety rules.

Requirements

The profile sought

• You hold a Bac +3 degree in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Ideally, you have experience in managing a maintenance team.
• You possess good technical skills in maintenance and are able to analyze intervention needs.
• You are organized, autonomous, and capable of planning and prioritizing maintenance operations.
• You possess good managerial and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to work in close collaboration with teams, other departments, and clients.
• You are results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level is mandatory.
