To strengthen our team at the Stollberg location, we are looking for an immediate start, full-time or part-time, for a
Project Manager (m/f/d) Tasks:
- Planning and controlling special machine construction projects from the concept phase to handover to the customer
- Coordination of the project team and contact person for all stakeholders in the project
- Creation of project plans and monitoring of project progress as well as initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Development and ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitoring of commissioning and customer training
- Identification of project risks and development of countermeasures
- Recording and securing project experiences (Lessons Learned)
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- preferably training as a Project Manager (ipma level c/d)
- Engineer/Master with a specialization in Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik or comparable training
- Strong skills in leading teams and in collaborating with various departments and customers
- Analytical and technical competencies, possibly with an additional business administration background
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills as well as business-fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel (international) up to 15% of working time, driving license class B
