What will you do?
As an HR intern at Priva, you will join an enthusiastic HR team consisting of HR Business Partners, Recruiters, HR Officers, and an HR Assistant. We are an ambitious team where we enjoy working hard, but where there is also room for a joke or a good conversation. During your internship, you will fully participate in the day-to-day HR work, and we are happy to help you develop your competencies and complete any possible school assignments. This may include: Assisting with data entry and HR assistant tasks in AFAS
Organizing and maintaining personnel files
Processing questions from colleagues
Supporting the organization of the onboarding day
Shadowing HR professionals
Supporting various HR projects

Who are you? We are looking for an enthusiastic third-year intern who wants to gain experience in HR. Ideally, you are following a HBO degree in Human Resource Management, but students from other programs where HR is a component are also welcome. You are proactive, accurate, communicative, and involved with the team and your colleagues within Priva. You also find it no problem to communicate with international colleagues in English, both in writing and orally. For this internship, we expect you to be available 24 to 40 hours per week.
