STORE SALESPERSON

Your tasks

Receive, inspect, and record delivered stocks; report damages, shortages, and discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, expiration dates, and item conditions; conduct regular stock counts and coordinate necessary adjustments with the Audit Department.

Prepare, check, and release customer orders, reservations, inter-branch transfers, and pull-out deliveries.

Provide excellent customer service through product demonstrations, technical information, warranty assistance, and updates on product availability and special orders.

Achieve branch sales targets, recommend suitable products and upgrades, explain pricing and payment options, and maintain store displays and updated price tags.

Perform basic hardware assembly, software installation, configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and warranty inspections.

Prepare job orders, maintain accurate documentation and filing systems, and submit required sales, inventory, and management reports.

Maintain workplace cleanliness, follow company policies and regulations, and demonstrate professional conduct.

Coordinate regularly with the Branch Manager and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year business/computer related course or 2 year computer course with equivalent experience.
