We are PRIO, the largest independent oil and gas company in Brazil. We continuously seek operational process optimization and innovative solutions aimed at reducing costs. Here, all work is multidisciplinary and every challenge is unique! We are looking for an Innovation Coordinator to lead the strategy and execution of PRIO's Research, Development, and Innovation project portfolio, connecting universities, ICTs, and startups to business demands and transforming innovation into results for operations.#LI-JZ1#LI-ONSITEResponsibilities and assignments

Coordinate PRIO's PD&I project portfolio using TRL and Stage-Gate frameworks to monitor technological maturity and the advancement criteria of each initiative, prioritizing projects aligned with the company's priority technical fronts — efficiency in mature fields, production increase, cost reduction, and sustainability — and ensuring that each project has a defined scope, updated business model, progress indicators, and a delivery plan compatible with regulatory and operational deadlines.

Ensure full compliance with PRIO's obligations to ANP regarding the PD&I clause, managing the complete cycle of preparing Work Plans (PTR), accountability, technical reports, and records required by Resolution 918/2023, ensuring compliance in all portfolio projects and articulating with Legal, Regulatory, and internal areas the anticipation of regulatory risks.

Conduct scouting and curation of the innovation ecosystem relevant to PRIO — mapping universities, ANP-accredited ICTs, startups, and technology centers with the potential to contribute to E&P fronts —, managing the technical and relational interface with active portfolio partners, coordinating follow-up meetings, evaluating technical deliveries, monitoring schedules, and ensuring traceability of contracted activities.

Ensure the connection between research projects and PRIO's operational areas, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and HSE the technical validation of developed solutions, the planning of pilots and Proof of Concept (PoC) in the field, and the transition of research results to practical application in the company's assets.

Ensure the compliance of all PD&I initiatives with HSE/ESG requirements, compliance (anti-corruption, LGPD), and applicable OT/IT cybersecurity, integrating these requirements into project documentation, partner contracts, and the approval and accountability processes with ANP.

Lead and develop the PD&I team, defining individual and collective goals aligned with the portfolio, monitoring performance indicators with OKRs/KPIs, promoting the technical training of analysts and engineers, and ensuring the team's integration with the other Innovation, CVC, and Partnerships fronts of the management.

Represent PRIO in sectoral O&G technical forums, academic workshops, and energy innovation events, building and maintaining relationships that expand access to technologies and solutions relevant to the company's operations.

Report to the Innovation and Partnerships Manager on portfolio performance, identified regulatory and technical risks, and the results of PD&I initiatives, structuring follow-up materials, OKRs, and presentations for internal committees based on reliable data and indicators.
