Fiscal Measurement Coordinator

The professional will act as the person responsible for managing the fiscal measurement of PRIO's assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, the reliability of measurement systems, and the quality of production information. Lead audit initiatives, projects, investments, and technical development of the team, contributing to operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with the requirements of ANP and other regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities and duties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to the fiscal measurement of assets
- Plan and conduct technical and operational audits to ensure the integrity of fiscal measurement processes
- Represent the company to ANP and other regulatory bodies on matters related to fiscal measurement
- Provide technical support to operational and engineering areas on fiscal measurement matters
- Develop and monitor the technical training of the team through the management of training and competencies
- Review and approve technical specifications for equipment acquisition, service contracting, and project execution
- Manage corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal and external audits
- Prepare and monitor the investment and improvement plan for fiscal measurement systems
- Coordinate interventions, maintenance, and upgrades of measurement systems during scheduled shutdowns
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, or related areas. Solid experience with fiscal measurement in the oil and gas segment
- Advanced knowledge of ANP regulations and standards applicable to fiscal measurement
- Experience in technical audits, regulatory compliance management, and risk management
- Experience with project management, CAPEX/OPEX, and investment planning
- Knowledge of automation systems, instrumentation, and fiscal measurement infrastructure
- Experience in validating technical specifications, equipment acquisition, and service contracting
- Experience in offshore environments will be considered a differentiator
- Intermediate to advanced English
