Senior External Communication Analyst

We are looking for a Senior External Communication Analyst to develop, plan, and execute PRIO's institutional events strategy, transforming each initiative into a platform for relationship building, institutional positioning, and value generation for the company. More than ensuring impeccable execution, this professional will be a protagonist in creating experiences that strengthen brand reputation, expand PRIO's influence among its key stakeholders, and reinforce the company's attributes of innovation, high performance, and protagonism.#LI-DS1 #LI-ONSITEResponsibilities and dutiesInstitutional Events• Plan and execute corporate, institutional, and relationship events from end to end;• Coordinate schedules, budgets, suppliers, agencies, and production;• Ensure excellence in the guest experience and adherence to PRIO brand standards;• Act in proprietary events and PRIO's participation in national trade fairs, conferences, and forumsStakeholder Management• Articulate demands with the Presidency, RI, Institutional Relations, Legal, and business areas;• Coordinate guest lists, RSVP, protocol, accreditation, and hospitality;• Prepare executive briefings, scripts, and support materials.Communication & Content• Develop invitations, programs, signage, and institutional materials in partnership with the creative team;• Ensure consistency of the narrative and brand identity across all touchpoints.KPIs & Management• Measure indicators of participation, satisfaction, execution, budget, and return;• Prepare executive reports with learnings and opportunities for improvement;• Control budget, POs, contracts, and project documentation.Requirements and qualificationsRequirements:• Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Administration, or related fields;• Experience in managing agencies and suppliers;• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization;• Advanced English.Differentials:• Experience in publicly traded companies or B2B sectors;• Experience with events for investors, government, press, and C-Level executives;• Knowledge of project management and budget toolsAdditional informationHow is the selection process at PRIO?We like to arrive at the interview already knowing you a little, so we ask that you complete some tests during the registration stage so we can evaluate your Match with our Culture :)Afterward, we from the HR team will schedule a chat with you.
