Your tasks
- Handle full sets of accounts for assigned properties, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for properties and internal operations
- Process vendor invoices and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation and approval
- Monitor and follow up on receivables, including issuance of reminders and statements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance
- Assist in GST submission, property tax matters, and annual financial audits
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Provide financial insights to property managers and management teams to support decision-making
- Participate in system or process improvement initiatives when required
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to clearly present financial information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
