CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Abide by Philippine labor laws, company rules, and confidentiality agreements, and safeguard the company's reputation and interests. Fulfill job duties in accordance with work plans and quality standards, strictly comply with safety operation norms, and report work progress promptly. Cooperate with team collaborations and cross-departmental communication, actively participate in training to improve professional skills and take good care fo company property. Observe attendance rules, and report any violations or potential risks to the superior in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience leading PV and residential ESS construction teams, with familiarity in complete PV and energy storage installation procedures Skilled in rack, panel, inverter, and ESS installation, including AC/DC cabling, grounding, and lightning protection. Must be able to read technical drawings and effectively manage quality, project schedules, manpower, and site safety Low-voltage electrician certification and safety training certification are preferred Must be in good health and available for long-term assignment in the Philippines. Should be adaptable to outdoor and high-temperature working conditions and possess basic English communication skills. Experience in Southeast Asian construction projects is an advantage.
