AI Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design AI-powered automation workflows.

Develop intelligent process automation solutions.

Integrate AI models with business applications.

Build chatbot and virtual assistant workflows.

Optimize automation performance and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

Maintain documentation and technical specifications.

Test and troubleshoot automation solutions.

Ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of automation or AI implementation experience.

Experience with Python and APIs.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or UiPath.

Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.

Knowledge of REST APIs and cloud platforms.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with prompt engineering.

Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Familiarity with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
