Your tasks

Summary Learn to use an applicant tracking system such as Workable to organize candidate lists, call notes, and interview tasks. Recruiters send candidate lists and requests that show which arrangements need your attention. You make short phone calls, maintain clear records, and help candidates prepare for their next conversation. Your aim is to keep interview arrangements organized and give recruiters complete, useful updates. A recruiting team lead explains priorities, reviews your work, and supports you when questions need further guidance. All work is fully remote, and you work from home while coordinating candidate calls and interview arrangements. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Open the candidate list and task list, then identify bookings, reminders, and updates that need attention first.
  • Prepare clear candidate lists for recruiters. Check that each entry shows the current stage and the next planned action.
  • Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad to confirm interview arrangements and clarify missing information.
  • Arrange recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly. Check both calendars before confirming each booking.
  • Explain interview arrangements in simple words and send reminders. Contact candidates again when they miss an interview or need changes.
  • Update candidate entries after every call or task. Record the result, agreed arrangements, and any remaining question for the recruiter.
  • Answer routine questions with approved information. Send unfamiliar questions to the recruiting team lead rather than guessing an answer.
  • Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals. Keep candidate information private and share it only with the relevant recruiting team.
  • Prepare short daily summaries of calls, bookings, and missed interviews. Highlight unresolved tasks so recruiters know what needs attention next.
  • Meet quality standards through accurate records, correct bookings, polite calls, and quick follow-up. Check your notes before passing them along.

Requirements

  • Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
  • A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
  • No recruiting experience is required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred, but not needed to start.
  • A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain interview arrangements without rushing the candidate or leaving out details.
  • Willingness to learn an applicant tracking system such as Workable for candidate lists, task updates, and clear call notes.
  • Comfort learning a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly.
  • Care when checking names, interview dates, and calendar entries. You should notice missing information and ask for clarification when needed.
  • Respect for candidate privacy, including careful sharing of notes and consistent use of the team's approved information and instructions.
  • Interest in learning how candidate stages, recruiter calendars, reminders, and missed interviews connect within the recruiting process.

What we offer
