For the department PTAT FS C (Controlling), a: Project Controller with a focus on small projects is being sought.

• Creating and maintaining projects in SAP
• Preparing the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) as well as the order intake calculation and entering them into SAP
• Ensuring the correct accounting representation of a project in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., IFRS, Financial Reporting Guidelines, internal guidelines)
• Regular analysis of the project situation with the commercial project manager regarding costs and risks, as well as adjusting planned data if necessary
• Supporting the commercial project management during project discussions with auditors
• Managing sales projects
• Regular project cost and revenue planning
• Participation in project meetings and Project Review Meetings

WHAT DO I BRING?

• Completed commercial training
• Accuracy and analytical skills
• Teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge of SAP

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this function, upon fulfillment of all requirements, is at least EUR 47,546.94 (E/00) or EUR 53,241.02 (F/00).
