Property Executive - 3 months contract

Job Scope

• Support the day-to-day property operations of a mixed development comprising a medical block and retail podium.
• Manage and monitor term service contractors, including cleaning, security and pest control, to ensure service standards are maintained.
• Oversee concierge and reception services to ensure smooth daily operations and professional service.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas to check cleanliness, service standards and tenant encroachment.
• Follow up with tenants on encroachment issues and ensure common areas remain clear.
• Attend to tenant renovation applications and coordinate the review and approval process.
• Liaise with tenants and contractors on property operations, service requests and related issues.
• Maintain records of inspections, contractor performance and renovation applications.

Requirements

• Experience in property operations and building services management, preferably in a commercial building.
• Experience managing cleaning, security, pest control and other term service contractors.
• Ability to oversee concierge or reception operations and maintain service standards.
• Familiarity with tenant liaison, encroachment checks and renovation application processes.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Organised, service-oriented and able to manage day-to-day operational matters independently.
• Experience in retail and medical centre buildings preferred

Additional

• Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 9.00 am to 1.00pm (Saturday).
• Alternate Saturday off.
