Marketing Executive (Campaign Support) - 17 month contract
Job Scope:
Provide marketing support for campaign planning, execution and tracking:
- Assist in campaign planning and execution, including tracking/managing campaign timelines.
- Assist in the coordination and collation of comments on all campaign deliverables, clarification of required technical/non-technical with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. agencies and colleagues from other departments, to ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables
- Vet through content of campaign materials to ensure that comments/feedback have been addressed and to ensure grammatical accuracy.
- Execute website updates such as text changes and pdf uploads using HPB’s CMS systems.
- Assist in digital campaigns set-up - e.g. internal eDM, SMS blasts, A/B testing etc
- Assist in artwork adaptions using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Assist in data management/gathering/updating tasks - e.g. collating feedback/surveys, research information, marketing reports etc
- Track performance of digital assets via GA4 report generation and analysis
- Evaluate proposed KOL/Influencer/Artiste partnerships by reviewing their social media accounts for content quality, follower engagement, and past collaborations, as well as assessing overall profile suitability (including fan base demographics, language used, and topics covered) against HPB's branding guidelines, and presenting findings and recommendations to campaign leads.
- Assist in performing administrative and ad hoc tasks where required.
- Provide procurement support such as seeking and comparing quotations in compliance with HPB's Procurement Guidelines, prompt issuance of purchase orders, processing of Finance related materials such as invoices, credit notes, etc.
- Liaise with vendors for collaterals production & installation.
- Monitor, track and upkeep administrative records for tasks including but not limited to contract value management, partnership deliverables, delivery/installation timelines and locations, budget tracking sheets, PO reports, SOP documents, etc.
- Generate, maintain and update list of UTM, go.gov.sg links on an ongoing basis.
- General administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording and filing of digital assets, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong project, stakeholder, and time management skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of relevant marketing experience, including internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programmes (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Additional:
- 1 Nov 2026 – 31 Mar 2028 with an option to extend for 7 months
- Working hours Mon to Thur 8.30am to 6pm (one hour lunch time), Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour lunch time)
