Full-Time Fulfilment Associate
Your tasks
We are looking for motivated, responsible and hands-on individuals to join our team as Full-Time Fulfilment Associates!
You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive their online grocery orders accurately and on time while supporting daily store and warehouse operations.
- Pick, scan and pack customers' online grocery orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Receive, check and replenish grocery stocks to maintain sufficient inventory and product availability.
- Monitor and manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts and smooth daily operations.
- Assist in leading and guiding team members on daily work assignments and operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper handling of products within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and operational procedures.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, laptops and other digital tools for daily operations.
- Comfortable handling non-halal products, including pork and alcoholic beverages.
- Willing to work across different store locations within an assigned cluster, depending on operational requirements and roster arrangements.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, retail or fulfilment operations will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25kg when required.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team.
