Job Summary

As part of the Strategic Growth Team, the Associate Financial Analyst provides comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and support to drive data-driven corporate strategies. The role requires building independent financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and translating complex financial data into clear reports for diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze historical, budgeted, and forecasted financial data; identify performance variances and prepare monthly executive summaries.
• Design and track key business indicators to hold operational teams to high-performance standards.
• Build dynamic, visually engaging reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate new investment opportunities and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Skillsand Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.
