Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Registration with BORAQS is an added advantage

. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Pricing competitive bids.
• Analyzing materials and labour projections.

• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Conducting project valuations.

• Managing projects both on-site and off-site.
• Performing other related duties as may be assigned.
