Activities to perform:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Post vacancies on digital platforms and social networks.
- Detect new local recruitment sources.
- Filter resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Apply and interpret psychometric tests.
- Provide support to the candidate throughout the entire selection process.

Requirements:
- Education: Upper secondary education - Bachillerato Tecnológico
- Experience: 6 months of desirable experience in recruitment and selection.
- Studies: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Administración, or related fields.
- Languages: Basic-Intermediate English
- Basic-intermediate computer and Excel skills.
- Living a maximum of 45 minutes from the area.
