About the company
Company with more than 10 years in the US market is looking for talent with initiative to lead digital advertising, paid campaign optimization, and metrics analysis.
Your tasks
- Configuration, execution, and daily monitoring of campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Rigorous analysis of marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions) and generation of performance reports.
- Copywriting for advertisements and coordination with the design team for creative assets.
- Active social media moderation and management of community interactions.
- Collaboration in landing page optimization and support in basic on-page SEO.
Requirements
Indispensable requirements
- Practical knowledge and mastery of platforms: Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics: Ability to interpret performance data (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and propose adjustments.
- Experience: Previous track record in marketing or advertising activities (any level/duration).
- Education: Completed Bachelor's degree or advanced incomplete studies in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- Language: Intermediate English (reading and platform management).
- Location: Living no more than 45 minutes from the work area.
