Sales Coordinator

1. Coordinate with the Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to develop sample parts and automotive part production processes.
2. Contact and negotiate with customers in case of issues, such as delayed deliveries or product quality problems.
3. Coordinate product shipments with both domestic and international customers.
4. Act as a coordinator between customers and the company, including overseas branches.
5. Prepare and analyze production costs for both Mass Production and Sample Part work.
6. Prepare and issue Quotations to customers.
7. Prepare sample work summary reports and monthly sales reports.
8. Meet with customers to follow up on requirements, listen to feedback, and follow up on purchase orders.
9. Find new customers in the automotive industry group.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in sales, sales coordination, or as a Sales Engineer in the automotive parts industry will be specially considered. Knowledge of automotive part production processes and customer requirements. Good command of English, both speaking and writing, for communicating with international customers. Ability to work with multiple departments (Engineering, QA, Production) and overseas branches. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Enthusiastic, highly responsible, and service-minded.
