Production Supervisor

Prior supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred

Good understanding of food safety practices (HACCP, GMP, ISO preferred)

Able to read and write simple English for documentation

Physically fit and comfortable working in cold room environments

Hands-on and proactive with a problem-solving mindset

Able to manage a team and work independently under pressure

Willing to work overtime or flexible shifts when required
