SMT PE Engineer
- Control SMT processes (Printing, Placement, Reflow)
- Troubleshoot defects (bridging, tombstone, misalignment)
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements
Improve yield and reduce defect rate
- Support NPI and trial runs
- Monitor SMT machines (SPI, AOI, Pick & Place, Reflow)
- Prepare WI / SOP and support audits
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years experience in SMT / Electronics manufacturing Knowledge of SMT process and defect analysis Familiar with SMT machines and inspection systems Good Excel and English skill (Chinese is a plus)
