SHIP MASTER

• The overall commander having absolute authority on board. This absolute authority means he has the overriding decision against the desires of the company and charterers;
• Ensure the seaworthiness and the safe, efficient and economic operation of the ship and the safety of all personnel, cargo and equipment onboard including cleanliness;

Qualifications/Requirements: WITH MASTER MARINER / OIC-NW LICENSE HOLDER; MUST HAVE AN UPDATED LICENSE, DCOC AND SRB
