Your role as Deputy Store Manager: You will be a strategic leader in the store - driving results, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence in key areas of the store. Your tasks include: Supporting the implementation of the long-term store strategy - ensuring alignment with Primark's commercial goals and the highest standards of customer service.

Making key decisions in the store - with a real impact on how things operate.

Leading and developing the team of Managers and Customer Advisors - with a focus on engagement, results, and collaboration.

Driving commercial results - through strategic planning, data analysis, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

Managing daily operations - ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient store functioning across all departments.

Responsibility for collaboration with the People & Culture (HR) department - including recruitment, onboarding, and development, in cooperation with the Store Manager and the People & Culture team.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities - identifying opportunities and threats for the store.

Managing inventory and resources - optimizing costs and ensuring product availability.

Supporting local brand-building initiatives - and participating in international projects that support Primark's growth.

You are a good fit for us if: You have several years of management experience in retail - preferably as a Regional/Area Manager in a large, dynamic environment or a Store Manager in a large-format flagship store.

You can lead and inspire large teams - both Managers and Customer Advisors - to achieve common goals.

You combine commercial awareness with a practical approach - you understand what drives results and can turn insights into action.

You possess developed interpersonal skills - you build relationships easily and can inspire others, building a positive work culture.

You thrive in a dynamic environment - you are proactive, solution-oriented, and ready for change.

You have strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work within set timeframes.

You know English at an advanced level.

You are open to flexible working hours, including weekends.
