The role is right for you if you want to: Take full responsibility for visual merchandising in a large store – to manage a space that functions like a commercial region, with multiple departments and high customer traffic. Lead the Visual Merchandisers team – to motivate, train, and develop the team to maintain the highest visual standards throughout the entire store. Create the commercial layout of the store – to design spectacular window displays, style mannequins, and present collections in a way that reflects the Primark brand identity and attracts customers. Collaborate with all departments – to work closely with other managers to align the visual strategy with business objectives. Analyze results and drive sales – to use sales data to evaluate the impact of visual decisions and propose improvements. Stay up to date with trends and competition – to bring new ideas and perspectives that maintain the visual attractiveness and commercial power of the store. Train and inspire the team – to share knowledge and passion for fashion, visual storytelling, and customer orientation.
You fit with us if: You have a few years of experience in retail – ideally as Regional/Area VM Manager, VM Manager, or Store Manager in a large store, where you coordinated complex visual operations across multiple departments. You know how to lead a team effectively and inspire development – you can build a motivated and high-performing team. You know how to provide effective feedback – you lead development discussions and support the team in achieving goals. You combine creativity with analytical thinking – you understand how visuals influence customer behavior and sales. You are confident in decision-making and managing priorities – especially in a dynamic and large-scale retail environment. You have experience in implementing VM strategy – you create solutions that bring measurable results. You are passionate about fashion and trends – and you love to share knowledge to improve team performance. You are open to working mornings and weekends – you understand that this is part of retail and VM life. You know English at a conversational level – which facilitates collaboration in an international environment and participation in cross-border projects.
