What will your responsibilities be? As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. Specifically, you will be responsible for commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products. You will also be in charge of assigning tasks to Retail Assistants daily, developing their skills, and maintaining their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will provide support in the checkout area, ensuring that all our customers have an excellent experience. How would we like you to be? This is a position to guide teams, so, in addition to excellent customer service skills, you will be a leader capable of building professional relationships with your colleagues. You do not need previous retail experience to join us, but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. For this reason, you will need good communication skills and great commercial vision. As we are a company in full expansion, our needs are spread throughout the country, and we want our teams to experience a variety of business units to enhance their professional progression; therefore, an indispensable requirement will be that you provide national geographic availability.
