What will your responsibilities be? As Store Manager, you will improve commercial performance and maximize sales through an excellent shopping experience and an attractive store environment. You will analyze the local market to plan strategically and you will manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations. You will train and ensure that store teams are committed and achieve high performance. You will identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating successes. You will maintain constant and effective communication with the teams, the Area Manager, and the Regional Offices, using tools such as performance reviews and climate surveys. In terms of operations and cost control, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, creating a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and facilities. You will manage controllable costs and seek savings opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares program to ensure a positive and safe environment. Fundamentally, you will define the vision and direction of the store, acting as a role model and fostering continuous improvements to achieve strategic objectives.

How would we like you to be? We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a high capacity for people management. You should be an expert in building and maintaining professional relationships with your colleagues and teams, supporting our sales initiatives with quality communication and a clear commercial vision. A solid background in store management will be essential, and we will value experience in high-volume retail and distribution. Your ability to manage change, train others, and achieve high performance will ensure your success in this role. We are looking for a proactive leader with a great capacity to make informed decisions and work under pressure, anticipating risks. You must be a person with initiative who fosters optimism, resilience, and adaptability to change, setting ambitious goals and driving development. We value a great capacity for planning and organization, as well as the ability to work within agreed deadlines, in a large company with a fast pace of work.
